Bookings:
A booking is accepted once a deposit payment is received by all clients travelling with the tour and Private Tours Ireland confirms the booking by email. If a booking is made less than 30 days before departure, full payment by all members of the tour is required, with email confirmation, before the booking is accepted. Once payment is made, you accept and abide by these terms and conditions. It is the responsibility of the client or clients to assure accuracy of their booking and travel dates.

Cancellation of your tour or cancellation from a member of the tour requires written confirmation by email and is considered cancelled from the date this is received and confirmed. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Change of Dates:
If the client wishes to change their tour dates, this must be done with a minimum notice of 30 days before departure date. While there is no fee for change of dates, any charges or non-refundable deposits to a third party supplier are payable by the client. While every effort will be made to accommodate changes to tour dates, due to limited availability, the clients choice of dates may not be available. In these circumstances, Private Tours Ireland cannot guarantee availability of new tour dates and the tour will be considered cancelled and subject to our cancellation policy. If deferring the tour to the following year the client agrees to pay any increase in tour costs.
Insurance:
The client tour price does not cover your travel insurance. We would strongly advise that you purchase appropriate travel insurance to cover cancellation, medical coverage including Covid 19 insurance, personal accident, luggage, money, public liability, and any activities undertaken during your tour. Any claims made under a client insurance policy is strictly a matter between the client and their insurer.
